Guidelines to help restrict the exposure to cell phone radiation:- Use a headset Use the speakerphone option Prefer texting than talking. Use a low radiation phone  Stay off the phone when you have a weak signal. Weaker signals mean more emissions to contact the tower. You can access a larger list of phones with highest levels of radiation  here  and check your phone’s radiation level by typing the FCC ID number of your cell phone into the FCC database available here:  http://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid So, next time you want to buy a new phone, please don’t forget to check the SAR level of the phone!
